Juanita Christine Pitts 91, entered into eternal rest on January 19, 2016. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Juanita spent her life as a homemaker caring for her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted Christian and attended New Beginning Baptist Church.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Paul Thomas Pitts.
Left to cherish her memory are children; Betty Wilson, Thomas Pitts (Diana), and Sheila Spears, grandchildren; Thomas Lansberg (Missy), Jon Lansberg (Tyrra), Jaime Pitts, Stephen Spears, Shaun Burgess (Amanda), and Jason Lord (Amy), siblings; Dorothy Vardeman, Joyce Beard, Linda McEnaney, and Sharon Eaves.
Services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 12pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 2pm-8pm and from 10am-12pm on Thursday.
