She is preceded in death by her parents, Romney Hampton and Nola Taylor; sisters, Norma and Sarah; and her partner, William “JR” Ernspiker.
She enjoyed bowling and line-dancing, and was an avid traveler. She could often be found working with crafts and crocheting rugs.
She is survived by her children, Ricky (Sandy), Terry (Windy), Kelly (Chris), Holly (Bobby), and Stacy; grandchildren, Logan, Beau, Abigail, Eva, Ethan, Naomi, Savanna, Donnie, James, Renee, Jacob, Gavin, and Paisley; siblings, Romney, Robert, Gail, Eddie, Kenny, and Janet; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be 12:00 – 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY.
