She is preceded in death by her husband: Jerry Minor and her parents: Porter and Bernadette Foreman and her brothers: Lou and David Foreman.
Judy is survived by her children: Danny Minor (Deana), David Minor, Cindy Harrison (Rick) and Kim Livers. Brother: Larry Foreman (Patricia).She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 12 noon Thursday June 21, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday June 20, 2012 from 2-8 pm.
