Kenneth Olin Donahue

Ken never met a stranger and his spirit was larger than life; it carried him into a life of service. Ken’s friends were family and everyone he knew loved him. He had a way of making everyone feel loved and important. His community of lifelong friends became his brothers. His childhood friends were lifelong brothers. Ken was a Healing Place alumni and held a special affinity for those in recovery.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ken and Virginia Stovall, and Elva Smithson.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Carol Stovall and Major Herbert W. Donahue Jr. USMC Retired (Dolores); siblings, Herbert “Bill” Donahue III (Leslie), Patrick Donahue (Beth), Michael Donahue (Christina), and Ashley Patterson (Kevin); girlfriend, Jaimie Dennis; and his nephews, Isaac, Jacob, Noah, Lukas, and Micah.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 2 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 am-2 pm at the funeral home.
