Kimberly Suzanne Tate, 37, of Louisville, passed away March 14, 2016. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Herman Joseph and Lucille Weixler; and her uncle, Ronald Weixler. Survivors include her parents, Emmett Tate and Carol Tate; brother, Jay Tate(Courtney); and niece, Madison Tate. All services will be private.
