He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Corea and Lorrayne Goff Corea of South Williamson, Kentucky.
Larry was a graduate of Williamson High School, Williamson, West Virginia, the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky and Murray State University, Murray, Kentucky.
At an early age Larry's hobbies were music, photography, travel and animals.
One of his favorite things was playing tenor saxophone in the Williamson High School Jazz Band. He spent most of his working life in North Carolina where he was an internal auditor for several companies. Reynolds Tobacco Company stimulated his love for travel by sending him to many international destinations.
His all-time favorite adventure was a photography safari in Africa. His Yorkshire Terriers were an important part of his life throughout his last years in Raleigh, North Carolina.
A memorial with graveside services next to his parents in Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, Kentucky, will be planned at a later date.
