He is survived by his mother, Gladys Harper; his son, Larry Harper, II; brothers Clarence Harper, Jr. and Jackie Lee Harper; sisters Judy Robertson and Ellen Wood; a half-brother, Joe Harper; grandchildren, Larry III, Manny, Layla, and Dario, and by two nieces and four nephews.
His celebration of life service will be held in the chapel of the Arch L. Heady-Russman Funeral Home located at 1201 East Oak Street on Friday at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 A.M. to service time at 2:00 P.M. Interment will be at St. Stephen's Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
