She was born to Lee and Lillie Smythe, May 17, 1925. She was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church, American Sewing Guild, Road Trippin’ Red Hatters, United Crescent Hill Ministries Senior Craft Group, AARP Our Mother Of Sorrow Group.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leo Luckett; special friend Jim Williams.
Survivors include her sons Danny Luckett (Pattee), Kenny Luckett (Dee Dee), and Dennis Luckett (Elaine); daughter Lynn Heitz (Mark); grandchildren Jennifer Arnett (Jason), Barry Luckett (Sara), Sarah Kraus (Eric), Jay, Paul, Leigh, and Kate Luckett, Katie Conlee (Lade), and Kelly Childs (Scott); great-grandchildren Morgan and Leah Arnett, Marlee Kraus, Haylea Brummett, Brooklyn Benson, and Riley Childs; brothers Hank Smythe (Janet) and Ray Smythe (Pat); sisters Lois Lee, Mary Parlanti (Vic), and Helen Broyles.
Her funeral mass will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday at St. Luke Catholic Church, 4211 Jim Hawkins Drive Louisville KY 40229. Burial Calvary Cemetery. Visitation Friday 2-8 P.M. at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona.
