Gray, Margaret “Tootie”, 77, entered into eternal rest on June 19, 2015. Tootie was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed cooking, country music, shopping trips with her girls, cheering on the Cats, and being surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 47 years, Alvin Gray; and her sisters, Harriet Schoenbaechler and Shirley Epperson.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Mark Gray, Paul Gray (Julie), Kathy Laurenz (Joey), LuAnn Gray, and David Gray; grandchildren, Stacey, Brian (Sara), Amy, Kelly, Karra (Nathan), Eric, and Emily; great grandchildren, Brennan, Jackson, Jonas, and Kynlee; and sister, Sandy Jeffries.
A Celebration of Her Life will be Tuesday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 1:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private at Evergreen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations in Tootie’s name to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
