He had formerly worked for UPS Logistics, and had attended the University of Louisville as well as the University of Kentucky.
Mark leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Herman and Phyllis Gilley Bays; brother, Steve (Cathy) Bays; his sister, Susan (Larry) Hudson; along with nieces and nephews, Matt and Sarah Bays and Brian and Laura Hudson.
Marks Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 24, 2011 at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park-Kentucky Heritage Gardens. Visitation is from noon until service time Monday.
