Mary Spears Melton, 98, of Louisville, passed away December 12, 2021. She was a member of Taylorsville Road Church of Christ, and retired from ISO after 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Melton; four brothers; and two sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Melton and Kay Williams; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 2pm Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Evergreen Funeral Home with private entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Red Cross or Team Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund. The family requests that any guests attending the visitation or funeral to please wear a mask.
