Michael P. Cusack, 58, of South Louisville passed from this life on June 29, 2015. He was retired from the Ford Motor Co., where he worked for 37 years, and was an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife the former Karen Jones; son, Jeremy Cusack; daughters, Shannon Arnold and Krystal Stevens; his mother, Mary Cusack; sisters, Mary Sanders, Pam Tuell and Kathleen Logsdon; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. The family will celebrate Michael’s life with a visitation from 2 to 7 pm Wednesday at the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. At Michael’s request cremation will follow.
