Born in Louisville to the late Karem and Helen George, Minnie was a retired aide for the old Hazelwood Center.
Minnie was preceded in death by her husband Merle “Butch” Coble. She is survived by her brother Jacob George (Janice); caregiver and friend Heather Payton; dear friend Janet Newsome; and “grandchildren” Corey, Nathan, and Joshua.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd, with her funeral service at 4:00. Cremation will follow services.
