She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward B. Phelps; and parents, William Roger and Ruth Stepp.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ed Phelps Jr. (Ruth), Joseph L. Phelps (Lois), Deborah M. White (James E.) and Ronald A. Phelps (Tammy); 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Florice Holbert (Will) and Roy Thomas Stepp (Mickey); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Monday, December 11, 2017 at 2 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 pm-8 pm at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in memory of Natalie can be made to the American Cancer Society.
