He is survived by his wife, Joella Newman King, his son, Kevin "Kasey" King, "and a grandson on the way", his step-daughter, Jennifer Leibert, his sister, Kathleen King, his niece, Sara Mohamed, and his extended family.
A service to celebrate Mike's life will be held at Noon on Saturday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with burial at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 AM Saturday.
