Patricia Janine Marcum, 31,of Louisville, passed away and went into the loving hands of her Lord on the afternoon of November 9, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. She had attended South East Christian and Jeffersontown Baptist Churches and was an avid movie goer with her grandfather. With her love of basketball, U of K was her team. Patricia also loved to play the cello.
She is survived by her parents, June Reetta Marcum Stikes and her step-father, James Stikes; grandparents Randall and Deretha Marcum; uncle, Gregory (Tanya) Marcum; step-brother and sister, Patrick and Stephanie Stikes; cousins, Chloe, Donnie, and Mitchell Marcum along with numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends and her fur-ever babies, Ralph, Ruby, Georgia and Princess Leia.
A Life Celebration will be held at Jeffersontown Baptist Church, 10011 Taylorsville Road, on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road on Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. and again on Thursday morning at church from 10-11 a.m.
