Patrick Francis Hayden, 52, of Louisville was born on October 7, 1967 to Jerry and Mary Angela Hayden and passed away November 25, 2019. Pastrick attended St. Ann Catholic School, and graduated from DuPont Manual High School in 1985. Patrick is survived by his wife Shawn; daughter Autumn Carey (Henry); sons Tyler and Patrick J.; his mother and father; brother Terry; 7 grandchildren, Jazlynn, Julian, Jaliyah, Javius, Judith, Jaden and Josiah Carey; aunts, cousins, and many friends. Funeral services for Patrick will be held at 7 pm Wednesday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be at the funeral home after noon on Wednesday.
