Patsy Smith, 77, of Louisville, KY, passed away on January 27, 2018. Patsy loved her family more than anything. When she wasn’t spending time with her family, she enjoyed attending her monthly Poker Club.
Preceding Patsy in death are her parents, Albert and Minnie Drake and brother, Jack Drake.
Left to cherish Patsy’s memory is her loving husband of 59 years, Joseph Harold Smith. Her daughters; Debbie Smith Duncan (Wayne), Stacy Nichter (Chris), Kristi Taylor (Dean), Jodi Bishop (Terry) and her son, Brent Smith (Shane). She also leaves behind her siblings, Betty Keller (Danny) and Tommy Drake (Peggy). As well as eight grandchildren; Tiffany Smith, Michael Bishop, Shelby Taylor, Nick Duncan, Alexis Bishop, CJ Nichter, Austin Bishop, Ryan Smith and one great-grandchild, Sadie Bishop. Patsy will also be dearly missed by her fur baby, Sugie.
Visitation for Patsy will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 2:00pm-8:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. A celebration of Patsy’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 12:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
