Paul was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. He graduated from Western Michigan University and The University of Louisville with Masters Degrees in Psychology and Social Work.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Wilma Frost and his sister, Connie Frost.
Paul is survived by his wife of 29 years, Phyllis Frost, children: Lara Rieger (David) and Kristina Perry (Dustin.) He is also survived by his siblings, Jo Ann Panter (Bob), Patricia Schwab, and Kay Frost, grandchildren: Carter, Louisa, Julian, Caroline, and Beckett.
A Memorial Visitation will take place from 11am - 1pm on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Louisville, KY 40222. Military honors will be performed at 1pm by the U.S. Army.
