He retired after 35 years from Disney Tire & Rubber Company.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Acree Price.
Rodger is survived by his son, Paul Roger Price Jr. (Susan); daughters, Cherie Elaine Newlen (Mark) and Leigh Anne Gatewood (David); grandchildren, Heather Michelle Price and Dylan Curtis Gatewood; sister, Mary Anne Bailey (Jack); and brother, David Gordon Price (Vivian).
His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Thursday.
