

He is survived by his twin brother, William Bentley Taylor, of Louisville, Kentucky and a sister, June Taylor Keller of Midlothian Virginia, a sister-in-law, Tammy Franklin Taylor of Louisville Kentucky, a brother-in-law, Mark C. Keller, of Midlothian, VA, 2 nephews, Austin C .Keller and Alexander P. Keller, and a niece, Dr. Ashley Keller Volaric M.D., and a host of cousins and friends who will mourn his passing.
Paul was a graduate of Westport High School, 1971, in Louisville, KY. and a graduate of Johnson Wales University in Culinary Arts. He worked as a professional chef during the 1980's and early 1990's at the Lincoln City Club, Mr. Peppe French Cuisine and at Studio Catering in Dallas, Texas. He worked as a chef at the Lincoln Raddison Hotel in Dallas, Texas. He was a Garde Manager Chef at the Washington D. C. Hyatt Regency, also several hotels in Louisville, Galt House and the Seelbach. He worked at Standard Country Club and at Owl Creek Country Club as Executive chef in Louisville, KY.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village. Gathering will begin 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A lunch reception will follow the service in the funeral home lounge.
Burial of the ashes will take place at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 3, 2016 at Sandlick Cemetery in Whitesburg, KY.
