Peggy Ann Bennett, 65, of Shepherdsville, passed away May 1, 2022. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse at Baptist Home East/Springhurst Pines. She was a past president of AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary Post 61 and a past Department of Kentucky Ladies Auxiliary officer.
Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie W. Bennett; parents, Ferrill Joseph Fowler and Dorothy Ann Fowler; and her brother, Kenneth Edward Fowler. She is survived by her daughters, Crystal A. Bennett Thompson(Mark), April L. Guinn(Greg), and Kellie M. Harrell; grandchildren, Kristina Marie Thompson, Caylee Ann Thompson, Ashton Frasier Guinn, Abby Nicole Guinn, Skylar Jacob Harrell, Emma Marie Harrell, and Jack Dale Harrell; and her siblings, James Fowler(Sue), Pamela Braun, Joseph Fowler(Ramona), and William Fowler(Carol).
Funeral service will be 12pm Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2pm-8pm Monday and 9am-12pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to American Cancer Society or AMVETS Post 61. Please join the family for a reception at Peggy's home following the funeral service.
