Phillip Mark Winstead 57, passed away Friday at his home.He was born, September 25, 1956 in Harlan, KY. He was preceded in death by his father, James. He is survived by his loving mother, Pauline Spicer Winstead, and his brother, Kenzie Winstead of Louisville, and a host of extended family.
Funeral services will be held at Noon on Wednesday at Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with burial at Edwardsville Cemetery, Georgetown, IN. Visitation will be 4-8 Tuesday, and after 10 Wednesday.
