He was preceded in passing by his grandparents: Thomas Jefferson Sparrow, Evelyn Sampson, Clyde & Martha Murphy.
He is survived by his girlfriend: Tara Harding; his Father: Richard Stephen Murphy (Carolyn); his mother: Brenda Sue Reece; his children: Chelsea Parihus, Ginger Hunt and Trevin Jesse; grandchildren: Justin Wayne Hunt II; siblings: Steven Jewell Cammack, Marquita Sue Puryear, Carrissa Evelyn Burk, Jason Minton, Richard Minton, Malena Alexander.
A memorial service will be held Monday, September 12th, 2016 at 6:00pm at Valley Chapel of Prayer, 9111 Mitchell Ln., Louisville, KY 40214.
Any floral arrangements sent in Richy’s memory will be received by Valley Chapel of Prayer Church on Sunday prior to the service.
