He is survived by his parents, mother, Vicki Metts, and father George Minch (Tina), sister, Ashley Taylor (Van), a step-brother, Juston Moore (Kim), nephews, Dylan Varner and "Little Van" Taylor.
Rob is also survived by his loyal pup, Ansel the Rhodesian Ridgeback.
The family requests that friends come dressed in roberts favorite. Which was plaid or flannel plaid.
A visitation will be held from 2-8 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with a service of remembrance starting at 7pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the KY Humane Society.
