Robert L. Campisano Sr., 66, of Louisville passed away Saturday afternoon in his home peacefully with his family by his side. He was retired route sales representative for 43 years for Hostess Cakes and was a member of the Teamsters Union 89 for 33 years. He was of the catholic faith being baptized at St. Boniface.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frank A. Campisano Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Gladys Goldsmith Campisano; three sons, Robert Jr. (Debbie), Kevin (Angie), James (Krista); three brothers, Frank (Sugie), Michael (Debbie) Vincent (Donna); a sister, Linda Campisano; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be conducted Thursday at 2pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 11-8 on Wednesday and from 10-2 on Thursday at the funeral home.
