I have known Ronda for almost 20 years. She cherished her profession, SCS community and the team she worked with. She kept in contact with me after I was gone from SCS in private practice for 7 years. I came to join Ronda’s team in June and 3 months later Ronda left her team. Ronda, you have left a great imprint as a professional and a leader. This is a great loss for Ronda’s team, SCS and the community at large. She has left  a gift of professional and clinical  experience and knowledge that will forever be cherished by the clients, students and her colleagues that were fortunate to benefit from her wealth of knowledge. Such an inspiration to all of us.

I'm deeply sorry to learn of Ronda's passing. I worked with Ronda when she was a therapist and then a supervisor with the Family Preservation Program at Seven Counties. She married Doug during that period. She was a bundle of energy, brilliant, conscientious, ethical, spoke her mind, and always a highest producer because our clients/families loved her.  Rest in Peace with Doug, old friend.

Her leadership is already being greatly missed with our team.

Ronda was about eight years old when I met her, and I immediately liked her. She was an amazing intelligent and articulate little girl, who loved dogs and was fond of my puppy Dama, who grew to be an 80-pound White German Shepard Samoyed mixture.  Ronda was my sister-in -law, but remained my friend even after her brother Gary and I were divorced. She loved pink,  and seemed to find beauty in everything, as she was a beauty inside and outward. When the news came to me that Ronda was in home hospice, I had been in the hospital for 16 days, after a critical surgery and illness, and I wasn’t able to say goodbye, and the mail I sent couldn’t have possibly be received in time, as she died 2 days after I learned about her illness, and I’m saddened beyond belief to know such a treasure of person has departed.  The picture of Ronda, Doug and me is from my daughter, Casey’s 2010 wedding.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I met Rhonda when I was a youth counselor at Bellewood. I looked up to her, and loved her fashion style. She was real, and helped so many young ladies.

Ronda was a beloved daughter, caring wife, adored aunt, dear niece, precious little sister and never knew a stranger because everyone was her friend. She remembered details about everyone and forgot no one, traits she inherited from her mother. She also inherited her mother's keen fashion sense and looked perfect every day of her life, bringing glamor to the world even in her final days.

She made everyone feel important and she spent her life doing good for others, listening to their troubles and learning who they were without judgment. 

She never failed to show up when she was needed and opened her home to one and all to host gatherings that brought everyone together into her warmth. No one could ask for a better daughter, sister, friend, wife, aunt, niece, cousin, extended family member or loved one. And few will ever have one such as her again. 

She wasn't the type to hug everyone she met or jump up and down over the latest big debate, traits she inherited from her father, but she was full of endless kindness that she showed in many ways, big and small. 

She accomplished what few can in life, setting goals and then exceeding them. Driven and focused, she chose her path young and followed it, checking off milestone after milestone. She was a college graduate, a successful career woman, a wife, a dog mother and an inspirational force for countless people she touched with her grace. She did what she wanted and she did it with style, with kindness, with generosity and with love. She was the type of person everyone wants to be that so few can be.

Ronda Ellen White (Klinglesmith) was the most beautiful woman I knew, inside and out. We will not see another like her again.

I was saddened by the loss of a dear friend and co worker. We worked closely for 12 years then after my retirement we stayed in touch.
We shared the same breed of dog and compared notes on our fur babies.
I remember her for her quick wit and her honesty and directness. The rolling of her eyes and faces she made in meetings that were a bit too serious made us all laugh.
She was one of a kind and I will miss her but remember her with all the good memories.

I am so sorry to hear of Ronda passing . Many years ago she was my very first student when I started teaching graduate school . I was more than happy to know she and I would be working together at Seven Counties later . I loved  that there was NEVER a misunderstanding or confusion of what she was intending. I will miss her humor and wit . Blessing to her family .

I will always remember Ronda's commitment to our team at Seven Counties South office where we worked together.  She was passionate and gave all she could to our team and the people we served.  She had a great love for her dogs,  and was always adorned with the coolest jewelry and accessories.  Even when she didn't feel well, she tried to be there for us.  She gave me an opportunity to expand my skills as a professional and leader, and I will always be thankful for that.  I am so sad to hear of her passing and extend my deepest condolences to her family, friends, and coworkers. This is a great loss for our community.
