Roy Skaggs Jr. 79 passed away Monday, April 29, 2013. He was born July 28, 1933 to the late; Roy and Londa Brooks Skaggs Sr. He was a retired Engineer with CSX.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years; Sylvia F. Walden Skaggs, his 4 children; Roy III, Edward Neal (Laura), Christopher (Debbie), and Dana Lee Skaggs. 7 grandchildren, and his 2 brothers; William Ronald (Becky), and James Donald Skaggs.
Private services have been held for Mr. Skaggs, arrangements entrusted to Arch L. Heady-Cralle.
