Russell H. Chism Sr., 91, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017. He was a retired truck driver for Banner Transfer, the Robert E. Newman VFW Post, and retired teamster local #89. Russell had a love for music, especially Honky Tonk, and was a self taught pianist and guitarist.
He was preceded in death by his 3 brothers; 2 sisters; wife of 67 years, Frances Chism; sons, Ron and Russ (Rusty) Chism Jr.; great grandsons, Jason Chism and Rusty Fromme; and grandson in law, Wayne Hunt (Tuttles).
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Ranee Osborne (Jeff); granddaughters, Shannon, Shelly (Toby),Aimee (Nick), and Jennifer (David); 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandsons; and daughter-in-law, Betty Chism.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 12:15 pm at Evergreen Cemetery. Please meet in the Funeral Home lobby at 12:00 pm.
