Left to cherish her memory are her 5 children, Joy Lamkin (Bruce), Jimmy Smith, Carol Kranzman (Dennis), Charlie Smith (Theresa) and Patricia Simmons; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the NF2 Nurses Station at Regis Wood Nursing home for all of their care and support.
A celebration of life service will be Friday at 12pm at Evergreen Dignity Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday from 4pm-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hebron Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in memory of Ruth can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society or the Alley Cat Advocates.
