She was a retired assembly worker for Louisville Ladder and attended Shively Church of Christ.
Sandra was preceded in death by her husband Donald Miller, and her parents Joseph "Buster" and Isabella Hester. Survivors include her children Dana Burkhead and Dale Burkhead (Lorie); brother, Jimmy Hester; and grandchildren Gary Grimes Jr, Steven Burkhead, and Robert Bolling.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd.
