She was a graduate of North Bullitt High School.
Survivors include her husband, James Duvall; parents, Pamela and Fred Nutgrass; father, Cecil Owens; children, Tyler Johnson Jaymee, Savanna, Dylan and Josie Duvall ; and sister, Nina Johnson.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday, 2-8 p.m. and Monday, noon-8 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society .
