Sister Boyd was a strong Christian woman . She was always teaching classes on Christ . I appreciated her wisdom . I'm keeping the family in prayer.

I met Sis Boyd at Frankfort Ave CoC.She was a dedicated Christian woman,very nice & new the Bible.She & I would have long discussions about football,her grandson Terrance played for Central high school while i was a coach.She was small but didnt play,she had Terrance & the rest of the grandkids in check.I will miss my buddie,i will see her again in glory!

I remember when i was little grandma used to show me how to garden. There was a peach tree in the back yard and i will always try and grab them off the tree just eat.

She loved church and god so much because of her i knew god, she would be up so early in the morning reading her bible.

She used to get us up at 6am sometime 6:30am to eat breakfast and get ready for church. We used to have to have to stay and clean up and after we have a good ol sunday dinner. Because of her i am the smart still silly loving to help others woman.

She taught me so much i will forever miss her and will always keep the faith she instilled in me. 

Oh I'm So Sorry To Her Family  Sis Boyd was. A Sweet Lady,  She used to call.me all the time, a very caring ,Humble Sister in Christ, I will miss your Phone calls, but will Cheris6them, May God Rst Youd Soul, and Prayers and Condolences to The Family..Love Sis Edie ☺👏⚘

Mrs. Boyd was truly a blessing to me personally and will be greatly missed. She always had a kind word to share and  encouraged me greatly. She volunteered to help children in need and always reached out to inquire how she could be of service. To the family and loved ones, thank you for sharing your mother, grandmother, and friend.  She was truly a gift to this world. May God bless you all as you remember her love and live in her legacy. 

My condolences go out to the family of my dear Sister in Christ. I am praying that God will comfort you at this difficult time.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Gary Herriford (Jennifer), Terry and Marcel Herriford; grandchildren, Terrance, Terrisa, Tamekia, Steven, Terry Jr., Gary, Whitney, Anthony, Darnell, Charlie; numerous great grandchildren; and cousin, Phillip Hamilton.
