She was preceded in death by her parents and son Jeffrey Haynes.
Sandy leaves behind her loving husband of 56 years, Eugene Haynes, daughter Kim Womack (Greg), grandchildren Tabatha Haynes, Danielle Womack, Noah Womack, Gabrielle Womack, Andrew Womack and Kaytlyn Haynes and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Gail Hobgood (Jay) and Debbie Lipe-Rubenstein.
A service to honor the life of Sandy will be held Saturday at 2pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Road with a private burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Friday from 3-8pm at the funeral home.
