

He was a member of St. Gabriel Parish, an avid U of L fan, loved spending time at Lake Cumberland with his family. He had a passion for horses and Churchill Downs. Stefan never met a stranger and had a smile that would light up the room. He was an extremely generous and caring man. What he cared for the most was his wife, their two children, his brother, sisters and family.
Stefan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Rita and George Zoller, Joe R. Trabue Jr., and many cherished friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Stephanie Trabue, their children, Brody Aaron Trabue and Anthony Michael Trabue, parents, Janice and David Schneidtmiller and Joe R. Trabue III, siblings, Jordan, Erin, Lauren and Kathryn Schneidtmiller. Grandparents, David and Marge Schneidtmiller and Sarah Trabue, mother and father in-law, Laura and Michael Schnell and three sisters in-law. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, many friends and his loyal sidekick Nascar.
A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 11am Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Church of the Ascension, 4600 Lynbrook Dr., Louisville, KY 40220. Private cemetery services to be held at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 2-8pm on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
