He is survived by his mother, Marlene Cooper; father and step-mother, Jerry and Dale Epley; brother, Chris (Shannon) Epley; son, Landon; nephew, Chase; niece, Sydney, and many family members and friends.
His Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2012, at 10 a.m., at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be onThursday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
