Teresa Lynn Leister, 61, born June 8, 1960 to Ray J. and Lila Y. Greenwell. She retired from JCPS. She’s preceded in death by her son, Raymond, father, Roy J. Greenwell, and sister, Annarose Greenwell. Left to treasure her memory is her husband of 40 year, Mickey Leister, daughter Rebecca Gibson (Shawn), son, Steven Leister (Brittany), grandchildren, Hayden, Payton, Aceson, Colton and Adleigh, her mother, Lila Greenwell, siblings, Tina Metzler (Ron), Nancy Glass (Neil), John Greenwell (Yvonne), Roy Greenwell, and many nieces and nephews and in-laws.
Funeral Service will held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 12 noon at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown road Louisville, Kentucky 40218).
Visitation will be on Monday, September 27, 2021 from 3 PM until 8 PM at the Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park.
The family would like memorial gifts be made to Faith Lutheran Church.
