She retired from the L&N and CSX Railroad with 36 years of service. Thelma was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ.
Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Dan Brown and his wife Rachel; nephews, Paul and his wife DeAnna ,Philip and his wife Susan and David; special friend, Joyce Brown; cousin, Rosie Pirrman and many other special friends.
A service to honor the life of Thelma will be conducted at 11:00am on Wednesday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady Russman and Sons, 1201 E. Oak Street. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park.
