He was preceded in rest by his grandfather, Eugene Breckenridge, Sr..
Teddy is survived by his parents, Eugene and Vanessa Breckenridge, Jr.; a brother, Eugene Breckenridge, III; two sisters, Ciarra Nolae' and Daizshanae' Marie Breckenridge; and grandparents, Rosa Mendoza-Vinson, Darrell Vinson and Regina Breckenridge.
His funeral will be Wednesday, February 21st, at12 noon at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment following in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central. Visitation will be from 9am until the time of service.
