Thomas Lee Cassady, age 76, passed away on December 16, 2021.
Born to the late James and Norma Cassady, Thomas is also preceded in passing by his siblings Gary Cassady and Sandra Cassady. He is survived by his nephew Jeremy Cassady (Kimberly); and his great-nephew Zach Cassady (Melody).
