She is survived by a son, Joseph Wayne Tingle; daughter, Mary Angela Tingle; parents, Kenneth and Judith Clark; sister, Leah Patick (Ron); uncle, Larry Clark; Patrick Clark, David Patrick, Michael Patrick, Allison Patrick and Anna Patrick, nephews and nieces; and Caiden Clark, great nephew.
