She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and VFW Ladies Auxiliary 5421.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clark Neff, Jr.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Penny Hammon, Gail Pike, and Carol Steele; 6 grandchildren, Matthew, Tony, Brett, Albert, Mike, and Crystal; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by burial at Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 Sunday.
