He was an Army Veteran and a retired contract Inspector for the Civil Service.
William is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Lee Whitehouse and his parents.
He is survived by his children, William R Whitehouse Jr., Kevin W. Whitehouse, Chris J. Whitehouse (Dana) and Denise M. Logue (Jeff). He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A funeral service to celebrate William’s life will be conducted at 2pm on Tuesday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd with interment to follow at Highland Memory Garden. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 11am Tuesday, until funeral time.
