Alma King passed away peacefully on March 25th, 2019 in Loveland, Colorado amongst the loving comfort of her family. She was born on May 5th, 1928 in Bay City, Michigan. She left home after high school to work and travel the world. She met Robert King in Washington DC in 1949. They were married on April 29th,1950 in Grand Prairie, Texas and were together for almost 69 years. Alma raised 10 children as an Air Force mom in Kansas, England, France, Massachusetts, and finally Colorado. Robert's second career took Alma to Saudi Arabia and eventual retirement in Loveland. Alma loved to travel, cook, garden, read, sew and try new restaurants. She was a loving wife, caring mother, and beloved grandmother. She leaves behind her husband Robert, 9 children, 11 grand-children and 2 great grand-children. She will be greatly missed. A service will be held at Allnutt Funeral Home -Loveland on Monday, April 1st at 11am. Burial will be at Ft. Logan National Cemetary on Wednesday, April 3rd.
