Anna Katharina Risilia

Anna Katharina Risilia, 89, of Loveland, CO passed away on February 18, 2025. Anna was born on August 11, 1935 in Hohenkirchen, Bavaria to Anna Stacheter. On March 18, 1951 Anna met her husband Norman (Nuri) Risilia in Germany, where they had their first two children. They immigrated to Philadelphia, PA in 1956 where their last child was born.

In 1969, they moved to Loveland. Anna worked at HP where she was responsible for making computer wafers. She retired from HP in 1996. In her free time, Anna loved spending time with family and was very actively involved in taking her grandchildren on many adventures, like hiking Rocky Mountain National Park, swimming, and sledding. During her time here she met many different people from many countries and became fluent in four languages.

She is survived by her daughter Sylvia Greene and her grandchildren Jerrod (Michael) Greene, Cassandra (Michael) Weeks, Monica Risilia(Efrain Soto), Angela Risilia(Kit Parrish), and Jamie Notin. Also, eight great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Nuri Risilia, her son Elmas Risilia, her daughter Tamiran Notin, her sisters Stasi Dankesreiter, and Johanna Stacheter.

The Funeral will be held at 12 p.m.on Friday February 28, 2025 at Allnutt Funeral Services in Loveland. There will be a gathering held immediately after the service.
