Carly Nichole King

Carly was born on May 19, 1975, in Downey, CA. Loving wife to Michael and devoted mother to Carter, Evan, Addison, and Ryan. Cherished daughter of Larry and Cheryl Evans and big sister to Corie and Jason.

We will all remember Carly for her vibrant personality and sunny disposition that impacted everyone she crossed paths with. She brought joy and happiness to everything she did with her special Carly flair.

In addition to raising four amazing kids with Mike, she accomplished so much in her life. One of Carly's legacies was the Jog-A-Thon at Cottonwood Plains Elementary School and being highly involved in her children's classrooms. She was the president of the PTA for three years and initiated so many positive improvements that will continue to touch the lives of all the children who walk the halls of that school.

She could do anything from teaching preschoolers to being an office manager, but we think she was the best at being an awesome mom and creating the warmest and most loving home. Her home was always open to anyone and everyone. She cherished the gatherings with her book club, Bible study groups, along with anyone who happened to stop by. Always so inviting, she knew exactly how to make you feel welcome, at home, and like you were the most important person in the room.

Carly loved decorating, getting in her steps, playing cards, puzzles, going to the kids' sporting events, scrapbooking, and traveling. And we all know she loved all things Disney, which makes it that much more special since she met the love of her life, Mike, while they were both working at the Blue Bayou Restaurant at Disneyland. She had a knack for organizing amazing trips and events for her family and friends with all her Disney expertise.

Carly was such an amazing person that she lit up every room she walked in. We know she has brought that light to Heaven and is shining down on all of us.

Please join us for a Memorial Service and Celebration of Carly's Life on Friday, October 7th.

It will be held at Foundations Church at 1380 N Denver Ave, Loveland, CO 80537. Memorial Service will start at 11 am with the Celebration of Life to follow. Evan, Addison, and Ryan. Cherished daughter of Larry and Cheryl Evans and big sister to Corie and Jason.
