Carol Joanne Moore

Carol Joanne Moore, 79, of Loveland, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2019. Born in Senca, Nebraska she was a daughter of the late Eldora Mae Simpson and George Francis Morton. She was a production associate at Hewlett Packard for 20 years. Carol married the love of her life John V. Moore. They resided in Scotts City, Kansas, Ft. Lupton, Longmont and Loveland Colorado.

Carol enjoyed crafts of all kinds and was an exceptional seamstress. She loved making and crocheting doll clothes for her granddaughters. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband of 60 years, daughters Marlena K. (James) Thompson of Canton, South Dakota, Maxine J. (Von K.) Brungardt of Loveland; grandchildren, Joann K. (Jimmy) Sweigart, Savannah R. (Adam) Moore, Dusty (Nichole) Thompson; great grandchildren, Alexis Sweigart , Jadon Moore, Landon Thompson, Jazlyn, Sweigart, Tessa Sweigart, Levi Thompson, Lailoni Carlock, Dakota Moore, Mariah Thompson, and Brystal Moore; brother, Richard Morton of Eads, Colorado; and sister, May L. Krause of Kansas. She was predeceased by her brother James Morton.
