David Lee Valencia

David Lee Valencia, 57, of Loveland, passed away on January 7, 2024. David was born in Greeley, Colorado on February 2, 1966 to Dave and Martha Valencia. He graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1984. He loved the game of baseball all his life—both playing and spectating. Other interests included shopping, classic rock music, day-trips up to the mountains, and home-cooked meals. His favorite way to spend his time was with his two children, Sarah and Colton Valencia.

David's professional career centered around retail management and service writing, his most recent position being that of General Manager for Advance Auto Parts in Longmont. David is survived by his parents and children, as well as his brothers and sisters and their respective children: Joseph Paul (Amber and Joseph "Joe" Paul II ) Velasquez, Jerry and Cleo (Jerry Jr., Bryan “BJ,” and Marcus) Valencia, Eric and Nikki Valencia (Adam and Elicia), Diana Valencia (Stephanie, Cassandra, Ashley, Andrew, and Alyssa), Jessica and Rick (Jesse) Lopez, Johnny (John Jr., Joshua, Shelby, and Shandy) Valencia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and former spouse Lorie Valencia. David was preceded in death by his grandparents and his nephew, Anthony “Tony” Valencia.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Allnutt Funeral Service, Macy Chapel in Greeley with a reception to follow.
