Sharon Lee Meusch, age 80, of Loveland, passed away on July 15, 2021 at Good Samaritan Society – Loveland.
Sharon was born on February 15, 1941 to Robert Lester and Constance Lois Vivian (Miklethun) Darr in Lead, South Dakota. She attended Lander High School in Lander, Wyoming.
On August 24, 1958, Sharon married Theo Thomas Meusch in Lead, South Dakota. They moved to Loveland in 1968 and made it their permanent home. The pair were married for 57 years; Theo preceded Sharon in death February 6, 2016.
Sharon worked many jobs during her life; she retired as a teller from Longs Peak Credit Union (now Elevation Credit Union) in Loveland.
Sharon was generous, accepting, and patient, but above all, Sharon was loving. She cared deeply for her family. Sharon was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church in Johnstown, Colorado. In her free time, she would do adult coloring books and play bingo and card games; her favorite games were Hand and Foot, Bunko, and Russian Rummy. Sharon found joy in crocheting and would donate baby hats she made to hospitals. Sharon loved singing and her loved ones will remember her beautiful voice.
Survivors include her son, Robert (Renata) Meusch; daughter, Connie (Craig) Rouse; brother, Robert (Helen) Darr Jr.; grandchildren, Derek Meusch (Ashley), Logan Johnson (Zack), Cameron Meusch (Laura), & Brody Rouse; and great-grandchildren, Jeremiah Bourassa, Olivia Meusch, Ella Meusch, Rayland Johnson, & Theodore Meusch.
Sharon is preceded in death by her husband, Theo Meusch; parents, Robert & Connie Darr; sister, Kristi Hungary; and grandson, Griffin Rouse.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in Johnstown, Colorado.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Loveland Humane Society.

I was fortunate to have known Sharon and her family. The Meusch's were always kind and giving and Sharon exemplified that trait. One memory that came to mind was the absolute best lasagna on the planet!

I was so sad to hear of Sissy’s passing. I have such fond memories of her and the family. My heart goes out to Bobbie and Connie Sue, their families and her brother Bob and family.
