Viola Crespin Trujillo was born to Phil Manuel Crespin and Elsie Trujillo Crespin in Delta, Colorado on May 24, 1944. Viola grew up in Delta, Colorado, and lived most of her adult life in Grand Junction, Colorado. Viola lived most recently in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Viola is survived by her children, Ken Trujillo, and Janell Fuller, and her 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Lois Jimenez, Margaret (Ortiz) Loveall, and Mary Ann Romero, and her brother Jim Crespin. Her brothers John and Toby Crespin, as well as her sister Roberta Salazar, are deceased.
Viola was kind and patient, traits that served her well as an elementary-school paraprofessional who worked with children with learning disabilities. She was also an executive assistant. Viola loved warm weather and walking for miles. She was very creative, and her hobbies included quilting, knitting, crocheting, drawing, painting, and making snowflakes.
